Project Case Study - Independent Boutique Hotel

Client overview: An independently owned boutique hotel, run with great care and attention by a helpful and friendly team, offering high standards of accommodation and service in Wales.

Project background and overview: With limited power available on-site, the hotel instructed Devitech to create an electric vehicle (EV) charger solution that would work with the on-site electrical capacity. The hotel wanted to give their guests a convenient and eco-friendly charging solution for their electric vehicles to provide a premium customer experience.

Our solution: Devitech installed two Sevadis Maxicharger 7.4kw EV chargers powered by Fuuse, a powerful charger back-office management system.

Other EV charger installers were not interested in the project due to limited electrical capacity and connectivity issues, but Devitech thrives on finding solutions to the unsolvable.

The hotel also signed up for the EV ChargeCare subscription, which covers out of hours monitoring and support, updating chargers regularly with the latest firmware, an EV charger annual inspection, and electrical safety tests and services each year, as well as accurate data on usage and revenue.
